Post Holdings, which is a parent company to a number of consumer and b2b food manufacturing plants, needed a careers website that represented all of their major brands and the various positions within each organization. The challenge here is that each brand had a very specific target market. I created a layout solution which showcased each brand equally, but allowed them to live within a singular system.
